Return and Warranty Policy

A1 Machinery – Forklifts (Quebec)
Effective Date: January 1, 2026

• Final sales: unless otherwise agreed in writing, all sales are final. No returns for change of mind.
• Commercial warranty: 30-day warranty from the date of purchase on new and used forklifts.
• Coverage: in the event of a mechanical or functional defect under normal use, A1 Machinery may, at its discretion, repair, replace, exchange, or refund.
• Exclusions: normal wear and tear, maintenance, consumables (tires, batteries, forks), misuse, overloading, accidents, unauthorized repairs, and transportation or delivery costs.
• Claims: must be submitted in writing within 30 days, with proof of purchase and serial number. Inspection may be required.
• Delivery: handled by third-party partners; unless otherwise stated, transportation costs and risks are the customer's responsibility.
• Legal warranties: statutory warranties under Quebec law, including those related to hidden defects, remain applicable.
